"Update: Today is Friday, 9/4/2026, a year after my review below. I'm still receiving outstanding service! It has been a pleasure working with Valery Pratt McCullough of Tonya Edwards' State Farm Insurance.

I recently relocated from New York to Virginia Beach, VA, and prior to my relocation, I was in contact with Valery, who represents State Farm exceptionally well. From the beginning, although we were in different states, I received outstanding customer service. Valery listened, understood my needs, and answered all of my questions. She also offered excellent suggestions, which were beneficial for me, on my new policy. Valery was professional, extremely knowledgeable, meticulous and took care of my business with a sense of urgency. I felt more than comfortable speaking with Valery, as she was/is very personable.
